Benefit: A rogue with this talent can make a Sleight of Hand check to conceal a weapon while holding it in plain sight, even while she is being observed.

Special: A rogue with the "Ruthless Rogue" path may treat any weapon he is proficient with and wielding as having the Concealable quality, unless it is a Massive weapon.
