Once per encounter as a move action, the wearer may teleport to any space within 1,200 feet (240 squares), exactly as per the spell Dimension Door. Furthermore, this ability may be used outside of combat up to once per minute.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 50), a intense remnant (tier 4), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
