Dispelling (Melee Weapon Magic Property)

A dispelling weapon functions like a Dispel Magic spell while it is being actively and proficiently wielded. This effect can be triggered as a standard action by brandishing the weapon toward the creature or item you wish to affect, or it can be declared as part of a standard action attack. This Dispelling power can be used once per encounter in combat, or once per day outside of combat.

The "Caster Check" to dispel with this weapon is the wielder's Bailiwick Skill check, and may be made with any bailiwick skill. Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 17), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
