Innkeepers (Armor Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +4

A suit of armor with this property allows the wearer to trigger the armor (while wearing it) to become a massive adamantine tower (a 20-foot (4x4x4 square) cube) inside of which is a portal to a Mage's Magnificent Mansion. While in its fortress form, the wearer is not considered to be wearing the armor. However, when the owner is done with the fortress/mansion, when they are the last person inside, they may trigger it again to be instantly back inside their armor. The armor may not be triggered while anyone other than the owner is wearing it, or inside the fortress/mansion.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 37), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
