Description

If you succeed on your melee touch attack, you generate an arc of lightning that starts with the target you touched, and extends 3 squares in a line past that target (for a total of 4 squares affected). The lightning deals (Circle 1 damage): 1d6 points of damage per character level (max 4d6 at character level 4) of lightning (energy, common) damage to the touched target, and any other creatures partially or wholly in the path.
