The wielder must have the Cleave feat to use this magic property.

A mighty cleaving weapon allows a wielder using the Cleave feat (or any feat with Cleave as a prerequisite that also inflicts weapon damage), to add their STR modifier to damage as base weapon damage to all cleave targets. As base weapon damage, this damage is multiplied as the wielder increases to levels 8, 15, 22, and 29.
