Performance Name (StanceSu)

A bard with this performance can do something cool. Each round that the bard sustains this performance, they may choose a number of their allies (including themselves) to affect with this performance, based on their current Bard level, as described below:

  • At Bard levels 1 - 10, the bard may affect up to 3 allies.
  • At Bard levels 11 - 20, the bard may affect up to 4 allies.
  • At bard levels above 21, the bard may affect up to 5 allies.

All allies chosen to be affected must be within range of the performance (typically within 30 feet of the bard), and must be able to perceive the performance.

{{{Description}}}

No creature may be under the effects of more than one performance, even if they are being performed by different bards.

Finale: One ally that is affected by this performance at the time the finale is triggered may do something interesting.

Deadly Performance (Stance; Su)

A bard of 20th level or higher can use their performance to cause one enemy to suffer massive damage from joy or sorrow. To be affected, the target must be able to see and hear the bard perform for 1 standard action and be within range of the bard's performance (30 feet).

The target receives a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 the bard's level + the bard's Cha modifier). If the target fails its saving throw, it takes 10 points of sonic damage per Bard level and becomes Rattled until the start of the Bard's next turn. If the target succeeds on its save, it takes only half damage and is not rattled.

Save or not, the target cannot be targeted with deadly performance more than once per encounter.

Deadly performance is a sonic, death effect that relies on audible and visual components.

Finale: The bard can made a Sunder maneuver against one target affected by the Deadly Performance, using a Caster Check versus the target's Maneuver Defense, or perform a sunder against one unattended object within range.
