Description
- You create a sticky ball of burning tar that you can hurl at your enemies as a ranged touch attack, following all the rules of a ray. If the tar ball strikes, it deals (Circle 5 damage): 1d6+1 points of damage per character level (max 15d6+15 at character level 15) points of Fire (energy, common) damage + your Strength modifier, and the hot, sticky tar clings to the target inflicting the Slowed condition until the start of your next turn.
